1. Format Rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • 15 mins per period. x2 periods per game.<\/li>\n
  • 30 Seconds between periods.<\/li>\n
  • Change every 1.30 mins for every division and Face Off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Game is tied at the end of regulation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • In a preliminary round robin, if games ended tied, no overtime will be played.<\/li>\n
    • In elimination games or finals, if games ended tied at the end of regulation time, there will be a 3 players shoot-out to determine the winner (most goals in their three shots).<\/li>\n
    • If still tied, single shots will take place (teams may re-use the same player after the 3 shots are taken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Standings for the round robin of the tournament are based on the results of the preliminary games. The standings will be determined by \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n

      3.1 Most Points \u2013<\/p>\n

        \n
      • 3 points for a regulation win<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • 2 point for a tie<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • 0 point for a regulation loss<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3.2 Most Wins<\/p>\n

        3.3 Head to head record (if only 2 teams are tied)<\/p>\n

        3.4 Least Goals against<\/p>\n

        3.5 Least Penalty minutes<\/p>\n

        3.6 Higher Goal Difference<\/p>\n

        5.7 If at least 3 teams are tied in points at the end of round robin, positioning will be determined by tie breaker, in their own sub-group, and using rule 3.1 \u2013 3.6<\/p>\n

        4. Rules between games:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • All games are running time.<\/li>\n
        • Penalties are conformed with IIHF standards.<\/li>\n
        • When a player is penalized, the opposing team is awarded a penalty shot immediately, without the player needing to enter the penalty box.<\/li>\n
        • Fighting is an automatic ejection for remainder of the game (plus at least next game suspension, further sanction to be reviewed by referee and tournament director).<\/li>\n
        • NO Contact game and NO Checking<\/strong>, all body checking is not allowed, unless stated, IIHF rules applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Score Clock \u2013 only on-ice Referees or supervisor are allowed to stop the clock.<\/p>\n

          6. Only coaches may discuss matters with the Referee-in-Chief and Tournament Organizers.<\/p>\n

          7. All players must wear neck guard and full facial protection.<\/p>\n

          8. Only appointed photographers and video crew by the Organizers are allowed on the player benches. Coaches are NOT allowed to bring cameras or video recorders onto the bench. \u2013 Team photos will be taken prior to your first game inside ice rink.<\/p>\n

          9. Maximum 3 coaches\/staffs from each team are allowed on the player\u2019s bench.<\/p>\n

          10. Playing of pucks or balls in the building, around ice rink is not permitted.<\/p>\n

          11. In case of discrepancies, referees and organizers reserve the rights to final decisions.<\/p>\n

          12. If stats are wrong only coach can challenge before sign score sheet after games finished, so after coach sign on stats can\u2019t be changed.<\/p>\n
